Description:

     TR-3H-2000TD Series Density analyzers are  fast, fully automatic pycnometers that  provide high-speed, high-precision volume measurements and density calculations on a wide variety of powders, solids, fibers,and slurrie shaving volumes from 10 to 500 cm3. The instrument completes most sample analyses in less than three minutes with excellent accuracy.  analyses are controlled with a computer, data are collected, calculations are performed, and results displayed and printed.

Main features:
1. Automatic Functions: Operating simplicity is achieved by user prompts or PC. Measurements and printout of results are totally automatic. 
2. Air operated valve:Air operated valve replaced solenoid valve.This feature is important for (a) verifying operation at the calibration point or, (b) making corrections when analyzing larger quantities of materials whose density varies significantly with temperature. 
3. Target Pressure: The measurement of pressure-deformable cellular foams (insulation) is made possible by this feature. A user can conveniently reduce the target pressure typically from around 14.5 psig to as low as 0.5 psig. Special versions, automatically scan for the optimum pressure for subsequent measurement of open and closed cell content, with or without for correction for cut cells, per ASTM D6226.
4. Sample Purge: Before analysis, samples are automatically conditioned to remove contaminants and trapped air. The user has a choice to purge by a continuous flow, or by a pulse mode for powders. 
5. Multi-language pack: Multi-language user interface support for operator.
